Browser-object-anchor is a prefix command which makes the following browser object action command operate on an url which refers to an anchor. In this context, that means that the hinting system will be employed to allow the user to select an html:a element that has a "name" attribute, or any other node which has an "id" attribute, and an url will be generated with that name or id in the fragment portion of the url. The fragment is the part of an url following the optional # character. The default binding for this browser object is also the # key, providing an easy mnemonic.
